1 Introduction

Welcome to MJ666 (referred to herein as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). MJ666 is an online betting and casino platform offering sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games and related services to eligible users.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between MJ666 and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on or otherwise uses the Platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform or creating an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you provide to MJ666 is accurate, current and complete;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

4 Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, to open an Account and use the Services. MJ666 strictly prohibits underage gambling. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where age verification cannot be confirmed.

4.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

Use of the Platform may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your location before registering. MJ666 does not represent that the Services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction, including Pakistan. Users in Pakistan should review the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation before participating.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.

4.4 Excluded Persons

You may not open or maintain an Account if you are: (a) a current employee, contractor or director of MJ666 or its affiliates; (b) a close family member of such a person; or (c) a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from gambling services, including via MJ666's self-exclusion programme.

5 Account Registration

5.1 Registration Information

To register, you must provide accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and such other information as MJ666 requires. You must promptly notify MJ666 of any changes to your registration information.

5.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

MJ666 may require you to complete identity and age verification at registration or at any later stage, including prior to processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents may include a government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport), proof of address and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

5.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that your Account information remains accurate at all times. MJ666 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account details provided by the User.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be authorised by you, unless you have notified MJ666 of unauthorised access without delay.

MJ666 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) and using a strong, unique password. If you believe your Account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

7 Deposits & Payments

7.1 Deposit Methods

MJ666 accepts deposits via payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your transaction. Payment rail names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT and BTC are referenced as contextual examples of Pakistani-familiar payment rails. MJ666 does not represent or warrant that any specific provider endorses, supports or processes gambling payments. Availability may change without notice.

7.2 Currency

Accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) by default. Minimum deposit amounts, where applicable, are stated in PKR in the active cashier. Currency conversion fees, if any, will be disclosed prior to transaction completion.

7.3 Deposit Restrictions

MJ666 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit at its discretion, including where the source of funds cannot be verified, where transaction limits are exceeded, or where the deposit may constitute a regulatory risk. Funds deposited through third-party accounts will not be accepted and may be returned less any incurred transaction costs.

7.4 Responsible Deposit Limits

Users are encouraged to set voluntary deposit limits from their Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits may take effect immediately for reductions and require a cooling-off period for increases, as detailed in our Responsible Gambling Policy.

8 Withdrawals

8.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are processed only to accounts or payment instruments that the User has previously used to make a verified deposit, or as otherwise approved by MJ666 following KYC review. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and verified.

8.2 Processing Times

Processing times vary by payment method, operator review queue and the User's verification status. MJ666 does not guarantee specific processing timelines. Quoted processing periods are estimates only and may be extended where additional compliance review is required.

8.3 Minimum & Maximum Withdrawals

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are stated in the active cashier at the time of the request. MJ666 reserves the right to apply additional limits in specific circumstances, including where unusual account activity has been identified.

8.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Attempting to withdraw prior to satisfying wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of outstanding bonus amounts. Real Money balances are withdrawable at any time subject to KYC verification.

9 Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, free bets and any other promotional incentives offered by MJ666 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

9.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before conversion to Real Money. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions are stated in each promotion's individual terms. Illustrative example: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 10× wagering requirement requires PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus is released as Real Money.

9.3 Bonus Abuse

MJ666 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated multi-account betting, low-risk wagering patterns designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, matched betting using Platform funds, and any form of collusion. Evidence of bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, Account suspension or permanent closure.

9.4 Promotional Changes

MJ666 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Users who have already opted in to an active promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

10 Betting Rules

10.1 Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed and binding once you receive a bet confirmation reference number on the Platform. MJ666 is not responsible for bets that were not confirmed due to technical failure or connectivity issues on your device or network. In such cases, no liability is assumed by MJ666.

10.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by market, event and account status. MJ666 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

10.3 Errors & Manifest Mistakes

MJ666 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where odds were published in error (a "manifest mistake"), including pricing errors, technical faults, data feed errors or odds that are clearly inconsistent with market pricing at the time. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.

10.4 Cricket, PSL and ICC Events

MJ666 covers Pakistan cricket markets including PSL, T20 internationals, ODI and Test series, and ICC tournaments. These are referenced as sports context only. MJ666 has no affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any domestic or international cricket board or franchise. Specific cricket betting rules, including rain rules, abandonment policies and dead heat provisions, are published in the sportsbook rules section.

10.5 Live / In-Play Betting

Live betting markets are subject to rapid odds changes. Once a bet is confirmed in the system it stands, even if the visual interface has not yet updated. Network delays between the User's device and MJ666 servers are the User's responsibility. MJ666 will not honour bets that were technically accepted after the event in question has concluded.

11 Casino & Games

Casino games, live dealer games and slot titles on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or are supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures are long-run theoretical percentages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

In the event of a game malfunction, error or disconnection that prevents a game round from completing normally, MJ666 reserves the right to void that round and return the stake. Winnings displayed in error due to a software malfunction are void and will not be paid.

12 Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time:

• Open more than one Account or permit another person to use your Account;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law;
• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures, including bot software, automated tools or VPN usage to access geographically restricted services;
• Engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of sporting events;
• Exploit software bugs, system errors or manifest pricing mistakes in bad faith;
• Launder funds or use the Platform to disguise or convert proceeds of criminal activity;
• Harass, threaten or abuse MJ666 staff, agents or other users.

Violation of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, permanent ban and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

13 Responsible Gambling

MJ666 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. Every Account holder has access to the following tools from their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions take immediate effect; increases require a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive prompts when you have been active for a set duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of net gaming activity during a session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict Account access for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily close or indefinitely restrict your Account. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and re-inclusion requires a mandatory waiting period.

14 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the MJ666 brand name, logo, trademarks, text, images, graphics, software, source code and user interface design — is the exclusive property of MJ666 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished or transmitted without the prior written consent of MJ666.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MJ666 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or Services.

MJ666's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

MJ666 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. MJ666 accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform downtime.

16 Amendments to These Terms

MJ666 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, MJ666 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or on-Platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting support.

17 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's license jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory applicable law in your country of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that local gambling laws take precedence over any contractual terms. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
